For Young People 

I provide a confidential space for young people under 24 years old to explore, unpack and make sense of painful and complex emotions.  

We can look at what are healthy relationship patterns, how to navigate difficult ones and how to grow from traumatic relations. 


Moving into adulthood and becoming independent is a major transition. We can talk about aspirations to the future, how to build stamina and resilience and how to assert ourselves.

I provide:

  • assessments

  • counselling

  • short-term and long-term therapy

  • face-to-face therapy in a Covid-secure room

  • online sessions via zoom or other secure platforms.

I have experience with a wide range of issues including friendships, home, studies, school, future, college, work, overwhelm, trauma, body, sex, relationships, identity.​

Sliding scale fees can apply.
