I am based in Greater London - Teddington. I have experience of a wide range of issues: relationships, friendships, school, self-esteem, identity, behavioural, anxiety, depression, conflict, trauma.
My practice is informed by research on attachment theory, trauma and the neuroscience of social and emotional development. I work in private practice and in schools.
I has developed a particular focus on emotional regulation, self management and creative processes. I study their impact on our wellbeing, emotional intelligence and performance. I give talks to parents and professionals on parenting, emotional development/regulation/intelligence, mental health particularly in these times of fast changes (technological, pandemic, socio-economic). In a former life, I practiced as a qualified solicitor in the City.
