For Young Adults

This stage often involves significant transitions — going to university, starting a first job, or leaving home. While these can be positive steps, they can also bring uncertainty, pressure, or a sense of being unsettled.

I provide a confidential space for young adults up to the age of 24 to pause, ground themselves, and make sense of conflicting emotions that may be making it harder to move forward.

We can think together about relationships — what feels supportive and what is more difficult — as well as aspirations for the future, the challenges of making these real, and the pressures linked to study or work.

I offer a space to reflect on identity, direction, and independence, and to develop resilience, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.

I offer:

  • Assessments

  • Introductory and one-off consultations

  • Counselling

  • Short-term and long-term psychotherapy

  • Face-to-face sessions

  • Online sessions via Zoom or other secure platforms

I have experience supporting a wide range of difficulties, including those relating to relationships, university or work, overwhelm, anxiety, trauma, identity, and life transitions.

Confidentiality is central to my work. Please feel free to ask any questions about how this is managed.

Do get in touch if you would like to arrange an initial consultation or discuss how therapy might help.
