How I work
Sessions and consultations are available Tuesday to Saturday, either in person or online.
Each session provides a confidential space where a child or adolescent can explore difficulties, find relief, develop coping tools, and reconnect with a sense of agency.
For children, a range of play and creative materials is available. I draw on various therapeutic approaches—including play, art, sand tray, and drama therapy—to support children in expressing what’s troubling them, experimenting with new ways of being, and growing in emotional maturity.
Therapy usually begins with a free initial call to explore what may be happening for the child and discuss how I might support them. This conversation may include how my approach fits within the wider landscape of available treatments, as well as information about confidentiality, privacy, what to expect from therapy, session frequency, and parent meetings.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes and are held weekly. That said, every child and family is unique. I aim to provide a personalised approach that honours each individual context, while staying grounded in ethical standards and established therapeutic practices.
