I’ve spent 20+ years supporting children’s mental health, including 10 years working with children in care. My practice is integrative, drawing on attachment theory, psychodynamics, play and arts therapy, and neuroscience.

 

I help young people explore challenges like anxiety, trauma, relationships, or transitions. Parents also come to me for guidance and strategies tailored to their family. I offer assessments, one-to-one therapy, parent-child sessions, and practical workshops.

 

Originally a solicitor, I’ve long been involved in education, SEND advocacy, and voluntary child counselling. I’m registered with the BACP and work to its ethical code.
